About the role
DKC GROUP INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Staff to join our team in our Angeles City, Pampanga office. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and responding or forwarding appropriately
- Maintaining and organizing office files, records, and databases
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment
- Performing a variety of clerical duties as needed
- Record Books of Account
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
