Job Responsibilities

Front Desk and Customer Service
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain the reception area - clean, organized and presentable
- Provide general information and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department
- Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies and office equipment
- Maintain and organize files, records and documents
- Assist in hotel and flight bookings
- Assist in coordination of meetings, events and basic logistics as requested
- Liaise with maintenance of the building and third party provider to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist other administrative staff with special tasks or projects as assigned
- Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Office Management and/or related course
- Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative or customer facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Friendly, welcoming and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
