The Acquisition Head is responsible for the strategic development of client acquisition and anti-attrition initiatives for the Core Mass Market Segment to reach the Bank’s goals. These initiatives can come in the form of campaigns, promos, frontliner and client engagement (Digital and Traditional).
This role will synergize with various sales channels and product groups of the bank to attract new clients and retain existing clients by offering the products and services of the Bank.

Responsibilities
- Support the Core Mass Market Segment Head on research and analysis of relevant information about the Segment and the internal and external factors that affect their behavior and preference
- Ensure understanding of the developments in the industry, consumer banking trends, based on observations, analysis on existing data, bank/market/industry studies/research to identify opportunities and/or threats that will contribute to increasing the Bank’s market share in terms of client count (acquisition)
- Create and ideate acquisition programs across all possible channels based on market data and internal data
- Oversee the acquisition program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of results. Ensures that all programs are aligned with the business strategies and objectives. Ensures that all necessary clearances and approvals are secured and properly documented
- Lead the collaboration with internal and external partners on the development and delivery of acquisition solutions relevant to the customer needs in the most cost-effective and convenient touch points
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Management/ Economics/ Marketing or related courses or MBA graduate
- 5-7 years' experience in retail banking or any industry dealing with known customers, including the management of thereof
- Ideally from industries such as financial products/services, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods, preferably in the areas of traditional/digital marketing, sales, branch banking or business development
- 3-5 years exposure to Analytics, Market Research, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and loyalty
- Highly proficient in using digital platforms, channels, and gadgets
- Exceptional ability to influence decisions and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills, articulate and flexible
