Your Role:

Under the direction of the Global Accounts Payable Manager of Shared Services, this position is responsible for acquiring and processing supplier invoices, assisting in the reconciliation of accounts, and ensuring optimum customer service to the companies’ business partners.

Essential Functions

• Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
• Review incoming invoices for processing
• Data entry of vendor invoices for payment
• Research discrepancies and unapproved/unpaid invoices
• Providing basic analysis, and research and assisting with internal and external vendor inquiries, and
• Research aged invoices and determine the proper resolution
• Perform periodic vendor statement reconciliations to ensure all invoices for the company have been
  
  

collected and processed by Shared Service Accounts Payable

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of weekly AP reporting
  
  

What You Need

• Excellent customer service responsiveness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate skill level in Excel
• Willing to work onsite
• Educational background in General Accounting
