Qualifications
The Accounts Assistant ensures the accurate allocation of payments received. They are also responsible for keeping relevant teams informed via accurate cash reporting and timely distribution to key internal personnel. In this capacity, the successful applicant will be tasked to:
- Accounts Receivable/Administration Role experience essential
- Bookkeeping course or equivalent preferred
- Credit/collections experience preferred
- Strong technical skills—able to navigate through computer and web applications with ease; preferred:
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks or any financial software is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- A self-starter, organized with attention to detail essential as is a positive and pro-active approach to work/tasks
- Resilient and persistent; takes pride in and completes tasks
- Good organization skills with attention to detail is essential
- Adept at building and maintaining solid relationships, with a good customer focus

The Accounts Assistant ensures the accurate allocation of payments received. They are also responsible for keeping relevant teams informed via accurate cash reporting and timely distribution to key internal personnel. In this capacity, the successful applicant will be tasked to:
- prepare monthly invoices and issue to clients;
- run batches of draft invoices and issue to Engineers;
- adjust billing schedules when needed;
- maintain scheduled invoice reports
- adjust contracts and revenues as required;
- prepare attachments/schedules to accompany invoices as required; and
- perform other tasks are required by the program
