We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our human resources department in various functions. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and resume screening
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities
Help in performance management processes and training coordination
Conduct research on best practices in HR management and contribute ideas for improvement
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
At least 1 year of experience in an HR role or similar function
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
