Enjinia Construction Works Inc. (ECWI) is engaged in general construction specializing in design, construction & project management, and including architectural, civil & structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, & sanitary works (MEFPS).

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
  • Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
  • Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Managing internal and external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audits.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.
  • Compiling and reviewing financial information.
  • Preparing financial forms, documents, and generate reports.
  • Bookkeeping; monthly encoding of financial transactions
  • Prepares reports, schedules and supporting documents
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather the supporting documents and data necessary to prepare reconciliations and financial reports
  • Ensures administrative requirements to do the day-to-day activities are updated
  • Handles petty cash and reimbursement processing
  • BIR Processing of 2303/2307
  • Process payroll and reconcile payroll accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and ensure accurate recording of transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts and prepare intercompany invoices
  • Performing other duties as required.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 5 years experience within a Accounting Manager or Bookkeeper role, ideally within the Construction & Waste Management industry.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
