We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Accounting Specialist to join our remote support team. This full-time role will be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks that support a real estate operation, including data entry, agent billing, commission tracking, invoice processing, financial reporting, and compliance tracking.

This full-time role will be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks that support a real estate operation, including data entry, agent billing, commission tracking, invoice processing, financial reporting, and compliance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions.
- Process agent billing and commission payments in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with tax compliance and contract compliance documentation.
- Generate financial reports and support monthly closing procedures.
- Manage invoice payments and cash flow tracking.
- Maintain accounting records and support audits as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows.
- Knowledge of or interest in residential real estate is preferred.
- Previous experience using QuickBooks and/or real estate-related software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Stable internet connection with backup options. 100 Mbps or higher
- Quiet and professional remote working environment.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours.
