Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience with Recruitment operations
  • Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of hires
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Good good problem-solving and analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Identify and create a shortlist of suitably aligned candidate profiles using techniques and tools available
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the vacancy requirements
  • Produce and post job ads across a variety of platforms
  • Connect with potential candidates
  • Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
  • Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
  • Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting call-backs or rejection emails
    • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
    • Seek referrals for hard-to-fill roles
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
  • Perform recruitment duties, including:
    • Scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails;
    • Pre-screen candidates; and
    • Maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork
  • Perform other tasks as required by operations and management
