We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

What You'll Do
Oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Manage and mentor accounting team members
Monitor cash flow and budget analysis
Coordinate with auditors and handle audit processes
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting management experience
Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team management capabilities
CPA certification preferred
