The Insurance Administrator Assistant’s role is to support our team in delivering high-quality service to both clients and brokers. This position involves providing administrative and processing support across multiple insurance systems and requires strong organizational skills as well as keen attention to detail.
As An Insurance Administrator Assistant, You Will
- Client setup, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and premium funding
- Data entry and processing in insurance systems (WinBEAT, SUNRISE, SVU, OT)
- Maintaining accurate client files, notes, and records
- Supporting brokers with reports, workflow tracking, and ad hoc admin tasks
- Ensuring compliance with privacy, data security, and company standards
- Coordinating with onshore teams to meet service-level agreements
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year course)
- Experience in a multinational or shared services set-up
- Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience working with Australian clients is an advantage
