YOUR ROLE:


As an Executive, Accounting you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of our financial operations. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling financial transactions related to airline operations — from flight services and ground handling to fuel, catering, and other aviation-related expenditures.


WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

  • Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of payables and monitor payment schedules to meet contractual terms.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments and suppliers.
  • Track and monitor costs related to flight operations, maintenance, ground handling, catering, fuel, and other airline-related expenses.
  • Prepare AP-related reports and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, company accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate and timely documentation.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AP workflows.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business course (preferably CPA).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in accounting or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
