We’re looking for Accountant Intern for Noventiq Philippines. You’ll be a part of Finance & Accounting team.

Job Overview

This role provide support to the financial department by supporting daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances. If your performance is good, you will be upgraded as Full-time employee after the Internship.

The job requires employee to come to office and there’s request to go out for collection documents.

Office locates at 9th floor, AIA Tower, 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Brgy., Belair, Makati City .

Monthly support fee: 10,000 PHP

What You’ll Do

• Manage administrative work related to relationships customers
• Cheque’s collection, depositing and payment (cash-in)
• Identify and address discrepancies with Customers and Vendors
• Report on the status of account receivable
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Arrange courier of some important documents to customers and vendors and keep tracking
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Be a recent graduate or actively working towards a bachelor’s in accounting or any related majors
• Independent, responsible, and Honest
• Knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Have your own laptop
• Can work in office 5days/ week
