Accountant (CPA)

LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI), is looking for an Accountant, who must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

• Willing to work in Oakridge Business Park, A.S. Fortuna St, Mandaue City, Cebu.
• Must be a CPA.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and process journal entries for month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks, as needed.
