Accounting Assistant - Cebu

Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of recording of daily transactions pertaining to the accounting function assigned and safekeeping of pertinent accounting documents.

Sales and Inventory

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of daily sales and inventory transactions entries in the accounting system
• Reconcile hard copy sales and delivery documents with Inventory and Stock Position Report (ISPR) from operations
• Prepare and print sales invoices for related party sales transactions
• Compile and safekeep delivery receipt and sales invoice copies

General Accounting

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of the following:
• Month-end accrual entries
• Fixed asset depreciation and disposal entries
• Prepayments amortization entries
• Expanded withholding tax and VAT entries
• Prepare reconciliation statements

Bank Reconciliation

• Analyze bank/book reconciling items for reconciliation
• Other reports or reconciliation that may be required
