Job Description
As a new member of the Accounting MNL team, you will be part of a team of accounting experts. You will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will focus on financial reporting, supporting the audit process and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. The role offers the opportunity to develop your accounting skills in a dynamic and international environment while contributing to the company's operational excellence

Job Description
As a new member of the Accounting MNL team, you will be part of a team of accounting experts. You will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial operations. The role offers the opportunity to develop your accounting skills in a dynamic and international environment while contributing to the company's operational excellence
Your Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly financial statements for management reporting
- Preparation of annual statutory financial statements
- Act as the main contact personfor thestatutory audit process, coordinating with external auditors and internal teams to provide the required documentation, respond to audit queries and ensure timely completion of audit requirements
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, reconciliationsand maintaining supporting documentation for all transactions
- Monitor and manage cash balances, assist with cash flow tracking to support the company’s liquidity needs
- Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements in all daily activities
- Partner with other departments such as HR, Procurement, and Operations to gather necessary information, resolve discrepancies, and support cross-functional initiatives.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related field
- CPA or other accounting certification is highly desirable but not required for entry-level
- Experience or internship in general accounting is an advantage
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with month-end reporting processes and best practices
- Strong acumen in applying IFRS, PFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Basic knowledge of corporate tax and BIR regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP ERP is a plus
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High attention to detail, accuracy and integrity in handling financial data
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, can work independently and with strong organization skills
- Mustbe willing to work in Makati City, Metro Manila
