Job Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.


The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, selling BOTH active pharma ingredients and excipients in a pharmaceutical setup.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the pharmaceutical or industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and analyzing sales data.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving client needs.
  • Willing to work on field 90% of the time
