Job Description
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, selling BOTH active pharma ingredients and excipients in a pharmaceutical setup.
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the pharmaceutical or industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and analyzing sales data.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving client needs.
- Willing to work on field 90% of the time
