Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to oversee our clients’ websites and social media accounts — and take their digital presence to the next level!

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring excellent communication, service, and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs, goals, and brand identity.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of digital campaigns, including content creation and publishing across websites and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams — designers, writers, and developers — to deliver high-quality work on time and aligned with client expectations.
• Monitor campaign and content performance using analytics tools; prepare regular reports and proactively suggest strategies for growth and improvement.
• Anticipate client needs and provide strategic guidance to help them stay ahead of industry trends and maximize their online presence.
• Lead client meetings, provide performance updates, and manage feedback loops to ensure alignment and ongoing success.

• Experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills (fluent in English, both spoken and written).
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work MST/PST hours (until 5 PM PST).
• Above-average computer skills.
• Own equipment (laptop) and a strong internet connection.
