What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of physical security installation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact project delivery or business operations.
- Apply advanced knowledge of project management principles and security systems to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Represent the team in cross-functional discussions and model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in project management within the security systems or technology integration space.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale security installation projects, ideally from a security integrator or vendor background.
- Strong understanding of physical security systems; experience with the Genetec security platform is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams.
