SUMMARY

An Account Executive is primarily responsible in sustaining or extending existing accounts and establishing new accounts. Ensure client satisfaction and retention while continuously seeking and closing new business deals through proactively reaching out to them. Assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. Recommend products or services that maximize value. Provide effective recommendations in creating successful promotional activities and strategies. Build relationships with new clients and manages relationships with existing ones.

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction through providing support and appropriate solutions to client’s needs.
  3. Analyze marketing trends and predictions.
  4. Build and maintain long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  5. Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and preserves the company’s reputation.
  6. Present and demonstrate the value of the company products and services to prospective clients.
  7. Ensure accurate and updated contact information in the database.
  8. Maintain excellent client relationships ad continually build opportunity pipeline.
  9. Responsible in negotiating and closing contracts.
  10. Develop company’s account strategies, marketing strategies and promotional communication channels to introduce and promote the products and services to potential markets.
  11. Evaluate financial aspects of business development.
  12. Conduct sales need analysis with new and prospective customers which includes the development of client-centric product solutions.

II. OTHERS

  1. Stay up-to-date with company offerings and industry trends.
  2. Provide professional after-sales support.
  3. Ensure all process timelines are met and up-to-date.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a Bachelor degree in any Business-related course, e.g. Marketing, Management, Financial Management, Communication Management
  • Have undergone trainings and seminars related to the job
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive; recent sales experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle negotiation process
  • Keen eye to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
