Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly reports and analysis of major airport related services and expenses of the Company.
• Prepare monthly reports of non-aircraft inventories of the Company.
• C alculate monthly accruals of major operating expenses of the Company.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and other related adjustments.
• Monitor and reconcile accruals against actual payments.
• Assist in the annual physical inventory counts and cyclical fixed asset physical count.
• Assist in the completion of reports submission required by external auditors.
• Assist the Operations Accounting Manager in the preparation of reports requested by operating departments and coordinates with and supports them for business processes improvements, current process issues and contracts comprehension.
• Submit reports to Operations Accounting Manager for review and approval to release.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree in BS Accountancy or any A ccounting related course .
• Preferably with two (2) to four (4) years of working experience in Finance / Accounting
• Prior related work experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge or familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
  
  

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
