As an IT System Engineer, you will:
- Provide support in assigned areas of responsibility, which includes technical analysis, installation, maintenance, and modification of broad, complex IT systems both on-premise and in Azure Cloud.
- Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the Company’s IT systems.
- Perform standard troubleshooting and resolution for Tier I and Tier II applications, network, server, desktop, and /or security operations technical issues allocated from the company’s enterprise ticking system.
Non-negotiables
- Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure components, including VM’s, Storage, Virtual Networks Azure Entra.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, identify and/or diagnose networking issues including, but not limited to, switching and routing, TCP/IP stack, DHCP and DNS.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call.
