Job Summary

At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Oracle lead to revenue at PwC, you will focus on working with Oracle's suite of applications and tools designed to manage the entire customer journey, from lead generation to revenue realisation and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions to meet the specific needs of an organisation.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you are to work on Oracle CX Cloud modules, focusing on sales force automation and lead management. As an Associate, you are to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This position requires experience in Oracle CX Cloud modules and powerful problem-solving skills to support project phases and client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Working on Oracle CX Cloud modules focusing on sales force automation
  • Supporting lead management processes to enhance client interactions
  • Applying problem-solving skills to support project phases
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve project success
  • Developing proficiency in Oracle CX Cloud technologies
  • Contributing to the achievement of client engagement objectives
  • Enhancing understanding of sales force automation and lead management

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with techno-functional experience in Oracle CX Cloud modules
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Must Have Working Experience on: Salesforce Automation, Opportunity and Lead Management, Territories Management, Sales Planning and Forecasting, Sales Quotes and Leads, Import and Export Management, and CX Mobile App and Email (Office 365/Gmail,etc. integration
  • Must have at least 1-2 full projects completed

  • Building OTBI reports, Dashboards, and BIP Reports
  • Managing sandbox and code migration
  • Implementing security and management of roles
  • Customizing objects using Application Composer
  • Utilizing Groovy Scripting and Workflow Management
  • Knowledge of REST API, SOAP UI, and webservices
  • Building integrations between Oracle CX products
  • Supporting Testing, Defects Analysis, and Fixing
  • Possessing valid implementation specialist certification for Oracle Sales Cloud

Additional Qualification

  • Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
