Job Overview

As a 24/7 Junior Media Reputation Specialist, you will play a key role in safeguarding and enhancing the public image of our international clients locally. Your responsibilities include monitoring online media for brand mentions, addressing public feedback, and contributing to strategies that build and maintain a positive reputation. You will collaborate with senior team members to handle media inquiries, manage potential crises, and provide valuable insights to help shape public perception.

Your Responsibilities

  • To oversee and monitor media coverage and user-generated content related to the brand (client),
  • To provide timely alerts to point of contact (counterpart of the customer),
  • To create and submit concise reports and summaries, on key stories, such as incisive assessments and evaluations,
  • To analyze data and metrics to understand the sentiment and tone of media coverage,
  • To execute the reputation management related projects (including but not limited to media analysis, data management, and reputation management reporting) using internal or external resources,
  • To coordinate with PM and escalate issues according to a predefined process.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Political Sciences, or a similar relevant field,
  • Outstanding English communication proficiency

  • Ability to write concise reports,
  • Ability to multi-task,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
