As an Operations Specialist, you are responsible in administrative functions and general services; A key member of the operations supporting trade processing, data management, client reporting and portfolio reporting functions.
How you'll contribute
- In charge in the set-up of new account creation and other related KYC procedures
- Handles Auto-credit and NoCD Reit enrollment
- Responsible in uploading of new account/s to Enterprise Document Management System EDMS
- Responsible in document storage (CAIF)
- Handles and process mutual fund and other investment related transactions
- Handles ordering and monitoring of forms and office supplies
- Prepares, generates and send AMLA CTRs, and other operation-related reports
- Handles deposit, dispatch and monitoring of cash dividend’s Managers and Corporate cheques.
- Handles generation and sending of Statement of Account (SOA) (monthly and quarterly)
- Responsible in checking and monitoring of incoming documents
- Act as an alternate in collection and dispatch in the absence of the person in-charge
- Handles client queries and concerns on operation-related items
- Other assignment as mandated by superior and management

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
- With good communication skills; Flexible; Keen eye for details; Advanced skills in Office 365 and Adobe Professional; Computer savvy preferred.
