• Sales Associate/Consultant - Cosmetics (Onsite | Quezon City | Dayshift)

SHIFT SCHEDULE: Dayshift (Mall Hours), Monday-Saturday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product usage and application techniques, including makeup application and skincare routines.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner

Sales & Product Knowledge:

• Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand’s product lines, including ingredients, benefits, and application methods.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and promotional events.

Store Operations:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays, fixtures, and shelves.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking, replenishing, and organizing merchandise.
• Conduct regular product checks to ensure items are properly labeled and within their shelf life.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions and handle cash, credit, and returns accurately.

Visual Merchandising:

• Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards, including product placement, signage, and promotional displays.
• Assist in creating visually appealing displays that highlight key products and promotions.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other store associates to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive team environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Sales Reporting & Targets:

• Track personal sales performance and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, sales trends, and product performance to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of retail experience in skincare or makeup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of skincare and makeup products; willingness to learn and stay informed about industry trends.
• Appearance: Professional appearance with a keen interest in beauty and personal grooming.
• Must be a high school graduate
• Beauty Enthusiast: Shows a genuine passion for skincare and makeup, which translates into a knowledgeable and authentic customer experience.
