- Manage roster changes, leave requests and shift adjustments
- Monitor staffing coverage and identify operational risks
- Produce workforce scheduling reports and insights
- Support service level achievement through workforce optimisation
- Maintain workforce management systems and data integrity
- Partner with stakeholders across operations and planning
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- At least 2 years of Workforce Management, Scheduling or Rostering experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in operational, logistics, customer service or contact centre environments
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with Verint, NICE IEX, Genesys WFM, Aspect eWFM or similar tools
- Logistics, transport or supply chain experience
- Workforce Management certification
