About The Client

Our client is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading freight, courier and logistics providers, supporting businesses through a vast transport and distribution network. The organisation is recognised for operational excellence, customer focus and continuous innovation within the logistics sector.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Scheduler to join a fast-paced and collaborative workforce management team. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and optimising workforce schedules to ensure staffing resources align with forecasted demand and operational requirements while supporting service delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain workforce schedules based on forecasted demand
  • Manage roster changes, leave requests and shift adjustments
  • Monitor staffing coverage and identify operational risks
  • Produce workforce scheduling reports and insights
  • Support service level achievement through workforce optimisation
  • Maintain workforce management systems and data integrity
  • Partner with stakeholders across operations and planning
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of Workforce Management, Scheduling or Rostering experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in operational, logistics, customer service or contact centre environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Verint, NICE IEX, Genesys WFM, Aspect eWFM or similar tools
  • Logistics, transport or supply chain experience
  • Workforce Management certification
