WE ARE HIRING!!! Video Editor

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor to create compelling broadcast and digital video content in a fast-paced media production environment. This role focuses on producing long-form video programming, transforming written content into engaging video segments, and delivering high-quality storytelling across multiple digital and broadcast platforms.


Key Responsibilities
Edit weekly long-form broadcast episodes (23–26 minutes) with structured segments and commercial breaks
Convert top-performing written content into engaging video segments for multi-platform distribution
️ Assemble interviews, event footage, and partner materials into cohesive, story-driven narratives
Apply motion graphics, visual effects, and branding elements consistent with production standards
Perform sound design and audio mixing to ensure broadcast-quality output
Support additional video content production across multiple media properties as needed
Follow strict confidentiality guidelines, including embargoed and restricted content


What We’re Looking For
3+ years of professional video editing experience
Strong storytelling ability with experience in long-form content (15+ minutes or more)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong motion graphics and audio editing skills
Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

CAN DO ONSITE WORK!!! PREFERRABLY WITHIN NAGA CITY, BICOL LOCATED

After Effects
Video delivery and file transfer platforms
Standard editing and project management tools


Preferred Experience
  • Background in broadcast, news, or documentary-style editing
  • Experience working with NDA or embargoed content
  • Familiarity with multi-platform content distribution (YouTube, web, broadcast)
  • Remote collaboration with international editorial teams
