About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving team success by guiding and motivating team members to achieve their goals. You’ll work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where your leadership skills will make a real impact!




Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members
Set clear goals and ensure team targets are achieved
Motivate and inspire the team to perform at their best Foster a positive and productive work environment Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies

Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience across various campaigns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ️
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 2 years Team Leading experience
Onsite Setup – Naga City, Bicol
Can Start ASAP
