- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate medical services and appointments for patients traveling for treatment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel process.
- Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries and medical documentation.
- Stay updated on healthcare policies and travel advisories to ensure client safety.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 13 years of experience in travel coordination or healthcare support.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
