Job Description
- Advanced proficiency in data entry and maintaining comprehensive financial records.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Skilled in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Expertise in reconciling accounts and handling complex financial transactions.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Demonstrated success in working remotely or in a virtual environment.
- Proven experience in supporting financial audits and compliance tasks.
- Required: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred: Certification in Accounting or a related professional qualification.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 3+ years of proven experience in accounting or financial support roles.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.
