- Capable of translating schematic design to detailed design drawings
- Carry out CAD drafting for Civil and Structural projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other tender/construction package drawing software
- Prepare detailed design, tender and construction drawings based on schematic design provided by engineers
- Minimum 4-5 yrs or above practical experience in preparing detailed design, tender and construction drawings
- F.5 or above (candidates with Higher Certificate or Diploma in Civil/Structural engineering advantage)
- Knowledge in BIM Revit, Civil 3D and 3D modelling software would be advantage
- Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese is desirable
