- Provide expert advice on travel regulations, requirements, and safety protocols.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre for effective itinerary management.
- Offer support in travel insurance options and loyalty programs to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and destination highlights.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 13 years of experience in travel consulting or a related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in GDS (Sabre), ticketing processes, and travel regulation compliance.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently and effectively.
- Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
