Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 12 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing a team of sales representatives, account executives, or business development professionals.
- Experience in lead generation, account management, client acquisition, and business development.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, proposal preparation, and closing.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development.

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates to ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales training to improve team effectiveness.
