This position is a functional expert in requirements analysis and process improvement. With solid experience in adjacent disciplines such as project management and solutions engineering. The
individual must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of ownership with a keen ability for
problem solving, innovating, and relationship building.
This position will be responsible for developing detailed project charters and project schedules,
including goals, objectives, strategy, scope, budget, scheduling, risk mitigation strategies, contingency
plans, approach, requirements, deliverables, timelines, work breakdown structures, use cases, test
cases, and training needs, as necessary for all project assignments.
Daily operations include requirements gathering and analysis, intake management,
customer/stakeholder management and process engineering.

What You Will Do

Intake and Business Analysis

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in intake conversations with business partners, proactively sh aping the direction of platform work and surfacing needs before requirements are fully defined.

  • Lead analysis of complex business processes and drive team prioritization of automation, simplification, and optimization opportunities—anticipating downstream impact, not just current-state gaps.

  • Define evaluation frameworks for automation requests, assessing reach, impact, time savings, and cost savings, and guiding development teams on confidence and effort estimates.

  • Leverage depth in experience to know when to route requests appropriately for architectural, security, and privacy guidance and apply additional governance expectations as needed.

  • Lead the translation of complex business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and technical specifications, and actively mentor junior analysts through the process.

  • Drive the end-to-end implementation of complex enhancements, proactively managing risks, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality throughout.

Solutions Delivery

  • Leverage platform experience to collaborate with engineers in the design, configuration, and deployment of complex platform enhancements and new capabilities as you translate business needs into technical specifications.

  • Drive project activities including planning, documentation, testing, training, and deployment—providing guidance and oversight to junior analysts and raising the overall quality of delivery.

  • Champion governance, security, and compliance standards, proactively ensuring solutions meet requirements and identifying gaps before they escalate into issues.

Documentation and Knowledge Management

  • Define and maintain standards for process documentation, user guides, technical documentation, and support materials across the team.

  • Establish documentation practices that enable knowledge transfer, reduce individual dependency, and support platform scalability over time.

  • Lead the development of comprehensive test cases, acceptance criteria, and reusable documentation frameworks that junior analysts can build from.

Platform Support

  • Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology platforms.

  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve complex technical and functional issues before they impact the business, and document findings to build team-wide knowledge.

  • Lead testing strategies including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and mentor junior analysts in testing best practices and quality standards

Continuous Learning & Innovation

  • Maintain recognized expertise in enterprise platforms and emerging technologies and proactively share insights that elevate the capability of the broader team.

  • Stay informed on platform capabilities, best practices, and industry trends, and proactively share insights with the team.

  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and champion opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes and employee productivity at scale.

  • Lead the application of AI tools across analysis, documentation, testing, and delivery, and actively mentor others in adopting AI-forward practices to drive team-wide innovation and efficiency.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience across product ownership, technology analysis, delivery management, or software engineering.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives independently and mentor others through ambiguity.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as generative AI assistants or automation copilots) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making, with a willingness to continuously adopt new AI capabilities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to develop deep expertise in new technologies quickly and apply it across team and organizational contexts.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities concurrently.

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior analysts, contributing to team capability and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site presence at the PDOC.

Preferred

  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, UKG, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar systems, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.

  • Experience leading reporting, data analysis, or workflow automation initiatives end-to-end.

  • Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including experience leading ceremonies or guiding delivery teams.

  • Deep understanding of system integrations, APIs, or data management concepts, with experience applying them in a platform context.

  • Experience leading the administration, improvement, or governance of internal business applications.

  • Ability to work Mid-Shift for overall with US Team hours to align global work and priorities will enable tremendous success for this role.
