We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Information Security Compliance Officer to ensure our organization adheres to security standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of compliance frameworks, helping us safeguard sensitive information while promoting best practices across the company.

What You'll Do:
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure compliance initiatives are met.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in information security.
Provide training and awareness programs for staff regarding security protocols.
Report on compliance status to senior management and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in information security or compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or similar) are a plus.
