Job Title: Supply and Inventory Specialist
Job Summary:
The Supply and Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing the organization's supply chain and inventory processes. This includes procurement, receiving, storing, and tracking of materials, goods, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure and manage supplies, materials, and equipment to meet organizational needs
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products
- Conduct regular physical counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory records
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve supply chain efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or inventory control
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
