Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Create detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Translate client requirements to the internal team and ensure alignment.
  • Lead and guide project teams to achieve objectives.
  • Monitor progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Address project scope changes effectively, assessing and communicating impacts.
  • Manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts.
  • Implement risk management strategies.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Apply best practices and quality control processes.
  • Continuously analyze project performance for improvement opportunities.
  • Business Development:
  • Work directly with clients to understand and align with their goals.
  • Build long-term business relationships for project success.
  • Seek new business opportunities and present service value to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to maximize profits.
  • Follow market trends and competitor activities for service enhancement.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful reports and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Project Manager, IT Project Manager or project management field
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and sense of ownership.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and business requirements.
  • Knowledge in Data Analytic.
  • Proficient in project management software (Click Up).
  • Works well under pressure
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to communicate in English (Speaking, reading and writing).
