Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.

As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and outcomes.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Management Governance.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
