As a Sales Manager – Hospital Care Division at B. Braun, you will lead and manage the national sales team across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a high‑performance culture. This role requires strong leadership, market insight, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to support business growth objectives.

Your key responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning — Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market conditions; conduct market research and competitor analysis; set measurable targets and prepare accurate forecasts.
Performance Management — Track key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, pipeline health, and retention; conduct regular business reviews to align performance with strategy.
Sales Leadership — Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team; conduct performance reviews; implement training and development programs; oversee onboarding of new hires.
Customer Management — Build strong client relationships; lead negotiations; resolve customer concerns; analyze feedback; develop retention strategies; collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and promotions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner with Product and Finance teams to align product strategy and financial targets.
CRM Management — Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce; manage leads, opportunities, and visits; utilize BI dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) for territory planning; ensure compliance with data privacy and documentation protocols.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree an advantage).
Must have 5–10 years of leadership experience leading sales teams and organizations.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets .
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Strong understanding of the healthcare or medical device industry is an advantage.
