- Responsible in managing the overall flow of service materials worldwide to cater Teradyne Customers and ensure delivery targets are met
- Review and analyze service spares requirements monthly or as the need arises including Last Time Buys, recommend budget changes with justification and execute on-time purchases
- Perform Demand Forecasting & Analysis
- Perform parts inventory analysis to align with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Review weekly repair schedule & perform capacity alignment with Repair Operations
- Provide Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) report on delivery issues and other related issues
- Respond to customer inquiries through internal channels, and provide timely feedback & updates, and escalate, as necessary
- Work closely with global cross-functional teams on related matters
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects

- Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field is preferred
- Preferably with 4-5 years Material Planning Experience
- Proficient MS office applications including Power Tools (Power BI, Query etc)
- Knowledgeable in AI tools (e.g. Chatgpt, Copilot, etc)
- With high sense of urgency & can interface with the different level of positions in the organization worldwide
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on flexible schedules as the need arises
