We're Hiring: Sr. HR Manager!

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sr. HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, employee relations, and strategic planning to enhance our workforce effectiveness and company culture.

Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Sr. HR Manager (Employee Relations)/ Sr. HRBP (Employee Relations)/ Employee Relations Manager

What You'll Do:
 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives
Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee development
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have at least (10) years of HR experience with strong focus on Employee Relations; (5) years of which is in a management role
  • Must have extensive experience handling labor relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience in conducting investigations and managing complex ER cases
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be fluent in the Bisaya/Cebuano dialect
  • Must be willing to work full-time and onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
