Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage business social media accounts across major platforms.
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
Manage online communities by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries.
Create content calendars and social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Design graphics and produce basic photo/video content using creative tools.
Monitor social media performance and prepare analytics reports.
Support paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.
Stay informed on emerging trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Up-to-date knowledge of current digital and social media trends.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
