Universal Robina Corporation (URC) is looking for highly driven and aspiring professionals to join our Integrated Supply Chain Management Trainee Program . This program is designed to develop future supply chain leaders through hands-on learning, cross-functional exposure, and structured development across our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

What You'll Do

As an Integrated Supply Chain Management Trainee, you will:

• Undergo a structured management trainee program with exposure to various supply chain functions.
• Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, quality, engineering, planning, logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in analyzing operational processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that support business and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Develop leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills through real business assignments.
• Prepare reports, present recommendations, and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned as part of the development program.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience are also welcome.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills.
• Has excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Possesses good scholastic records.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to be assigned to any of the following locations:
• Pampanga
• Tarlac
• Laguna
• Cavite
• Batangas
• Davao
• Cebu
