  • The HR Intern plays a vital role in supporting the human resources department by assisting with various HR functions. This position is designed for individuals who are seeking to gain practical experience in HR and develop their skills in a professional environment. The HR Intern will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR team, with their work impacting recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development. The role typically exists in a fast-paced office environment where collaboration and proactive support are essential for HR operations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including organizing orientation and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with precision and confidentiality.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives, including training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and preparing HR-related materials.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and candidates.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports and presentations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Must be an undergraduate enrolled in any 4-year course related to Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science.
