Loan Processing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Loan Processing Manager to oversee loan processing operations and serve as the primary person-in-charge (PIC) for our car loan applications. This role will work closely with the Sales Director to support business growth, ensure efficient loan processing, and maintain strong relationships with financial institution partners.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in banking, lending, and financial products, combined with strong leadership and team management capabilities. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan processing cycle, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing & Operations

• Manage and oversee the complete loan processing lifecycle, from application submission to approval and disbursement.
• Ensure all loan applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed turnaround times.
• Monitor loan documentation, credit requirements, and compliance standards.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  
  

Car Loan Product Management

• Act as the primary Person-in-Charge (PIC) for the company's Car Loan applications
• Coordinate with banking partners, financing institutions, dealerships, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, approval rates, and service levels.
• Develop strategies to improve loan conversion and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Executive Support to Sales Director

• Serve as a key support resource to the Sales Director in achieving business and revenue targets.
• Prepare sales and loan performance reports, pipeline updates, and operational analyses.
• Assist in developing lending programs, sales initiatives, and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support sales growth and operational objectives.
  
  

Banking & Financial Partner Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lending institutions, and financing partners.
• Stay updated on lending guidelines, product offerings, and industry developments.
• Support negotiations and implementation of financing programs and partnerships.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, lending, loan processing, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of car loans, consumer lending, and financial products.
• Experience managing loan processing teams and operational workflows.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and support sales-driven organizations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Background in retail banking, auto financing, consumer lending, or financial institutions.
• Experience handling relationships with multiple lending partners and banks.
• Familiarity with loan management systems and credit evaluation processes.
