Primary Responsibilities:
- Update content for knowledge base
- Knowledge construction, knowledge articulation, knowledge repository updating, knowledge access, knowledge use and knowledge revision
- Author knowledge at all levels; self-service, support desk and specialty
- Assist in updating and improving knowledge management processes
- Prepare documentation for new or existing knowledge
- Collaboratively work to create knowledge content
- Responsible for adding metadata and tags to content within the CRM to enhance organization, searchability, and retrieval of information
- Support the management of product decommissions to ensure the proper removal of knowledge

Required Qualifications:
- Customer service experience within an IT call center
- Experience in knowledge management
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment for problem-solving capacity and/or content designer, creating new content and maintaining existing content
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and aptitude to understand and document technical information
- Proven ability to work towards individual and team targets
- Demonstrated successful time management and organizational skills
- Experience working in a diverse team setting with a track record for success
- AP or equivalent writing style knowledge
- Experience collaboratively working to create knowledge content
- Strong written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow knowledge experience
- HTML code writing experience
- Ability to create and promote self-service content
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Content design experience, including digital content creation, such as videos
- ITIL, KCS or equivalent KM certification
- Content strategy knowledge
- Internal communications experience
