- Conceptualize and create aesthetic, functional designs for interior spaces while aligning with client objectives and Edward Co Tan + Architects standards.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients throughout the design and implementation phases to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and materials, and advocate for sustainable design solutions.
- Prepare sketches, floor plans, and 3D renderings to communicate design intent.
- Oversee installation, furnish, and accessorize spaces, ensuring design consistency and quality.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
- Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in design software, strong creative and spatial awareness, excellent communication, and project management skills.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with site visits, willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, innovative, adaptable, collaborative spirit, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
