Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Closely working with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
  • Creating reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates.
  • Assisting with organizing promotions and events.
  • Collaborating with the Design team to create marketing materials.
  • Keeping organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
  • Preparing regular sales forecasting reports.
  • Monitoring competitors’ marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any business-related field.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry or retail marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and adhere to brand standards and other standard marketing practices.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), creativity in campaign ideation, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
  • Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
