The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for independently performing sales activities to win new customers and increase revenue. This role manages assigned leads, conducts outbound outreach, and moves prospects through the sales pipeline following established processes.

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to acquire new accounts
  • Manage assigned leads and progress opportunities through the funnel
  • Gather and document client information required for job creation
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records
  • Track activities, outcomes, and follow-ups consistently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients
  • Handle basic objections and negotiations within defined parameters

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Conversant in spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work fully onsite in Taguig
  • Willing to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
